We have been working as an extension of the CUA Health (now part of HBF) marketing team since 2016 as their performance marketing partner. For health insurance, March-April is the peak period in terms of renewals and fresh sign-ups. In 2021 we were set the eye-watering goal of increasing YoY growth by 200% through paid search and social during this critical time.

THE ApproachHigh-impact Paid Search & Paid Social

By building on our existing knowledge of the CUA Health business environment and leveraging our partnerships with Google, Microsoft and Facebook, we were able to refine existing campaigns and create new assets across social and search channels. We used video to build greater brand awareness and consideration with a broader base of top-of-the-funnel leads. We then relentlessly tracked these prospects through to conversion using highly targeted creative refreshes and remarketing.
